PREPARE YOUR DEFENSES
- Choose from an assortment of items
- Change the effects of items to your liking via the mutator
- Find the optimal item loadout and placement depending on the level
EXTERMINATE YOUR ENEMIES
- Combine effects using items, weapons, or doll ability to deal damage to enemies
- Killing enemies grants eggs which are used to purchase various things outside of levels
- Collect doll parts to gain terminal points faster
PURCHASE UPGRADES
- Upgrade damage, item speed, or restock inventory
- Purchase boons to change how effects and other aspects of gameplay function
- Make decisions that will have a significant impact on your run
